CAPTAINS OF ENTERPRISE
“Captains of Enterprise” is a project designed and promoted by Demix Group with the aim of enhancing and strengthening the figure of the entrepreneur as a strategic and human guide of the enterprise.
It is aimed in particular at those who lead small and medium-sized enterprises, innovative start-ups and SMEs, business networks, franchises, foundations, research centers, as well as investors and financiers, in an economic context that increasingly requires soft skills, innovation skills, international vision and collaborative leadership.
The project stems from the belief that every business needs a trained, ethical and forward-looking “captain” to meet the challenges of the present and seize the opportunities of the future.
PROJECT GOALS
The initiative aims to create an aware and active business community that focuses on continuing education, peer-to-peer discussion, sharing of experiences, and access to innovative tools and solutions.
The main objective is to strengthen the social and economic role of business leaders through paths that combine theory and practice, networking moments and dissemination of best practices.
The project also aims to contribute to territorial development by connecting businesses, institutions and local realities with a view to sustainable and integrated growth.
PLANNED ACTIVITIES
The project consists of a series of initiatives designed to accompany entrepreneurs on a path of growth and awareness. These include live and digital events such as round tables, thematic workshops, conferences and meetings with experts in the field.
Multimedia content such as video interviews, podcasts, in-depth articles, and practical tools to address managerial challenges are also produced. A key part is also devoted to networking among participants to foster discussion, collaboration and the development of joint projects.

EXPECTED RESULTS
Through “Captains of Enterprise,” the aim is to generate a real and lasting impact on the national entrepreneurial fabric and beyond.
The main expected results include the strengthening of leadership and management skills, greater awareness of the social role of the entrepreneur, the spread of innovative organizational, marketing and communication models, as well as the enhancement of human capital.
The project also aspires to give visibility to virtuous experiences, providing a stage for those who, every day, lead their businesses with passion and responsibility. No less important, “Captains of Enterprise” contributes to facilitating access to public and private funding, promoting concrete paths of innovation, internationalization and development that we support.
INTEGRATION WITH THE DEMIX ECOSYSTEM

Milano Cortina 2026: opportunities for Italian companies
From February 6 to 22, 2026, Italy will host the XXV Winter Olympic Games, followed by the Paralympic Games from March 6 to 15. It will be the third time in history that our country hosts the Winter Olympics, but the very first with a multi-venue model that brings together two cities and numerous mountain locations.
