With his leadership, Demix is developing a strong platform that helps companies achieve their international business and financial goals. Bob has extensive experience implementing global business unit strategies and product unit programs in local markets. He is an expert in change management and staff training in new marketing and sales systems. He has extensive knowledge of European markets, good understanding of Chinese/Asian cultures, experience with (corporate) start-ups and emerging growth for companies in need of business consulting services. His goal is to increase sales and profitability for now and the future. Currently with responsibilities at Huawei Technologies, where he excelled in various regional management roles in their Carrier and Enterprise Business Group. Previously he also held (MD) roles in sales, marketing and business development (e.g. Datacenters at Interxion, Euromobile International advertising, oil/chemicals at NCH Corporations and data comms at XO Communications). In 2003 he founded the XTENZO Group, in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, consisting of groups of businesses: marketing promotions, direct sales and events, art investments and international trading, which were consolidated or sold in parts during 2010. Bob has successfully completed the B2B marketing strategies executive program at Harvard Business School, Boston, USA and Haarlem Business University, a small business academy, for international business and entrepreneurship. He also holds certifications for NIMA A + B Marketing. University activities: Studying entrepreneurship in Asia. SME-junior Netherlands Advisory Board. Chairman of SME-junior Netherlands.
